Foundation Grants
We focus our grant making on the following criteria:
- Supports patient education and/or awareness related to male and female pelvic health conditions, symptoms, and treatment options;
- Supports patient access and indigent care related to male and female pelvic health conditions;
- Global disaster relief;
- Partner in our AMS Connect Program.
Where in the World
As a global corporation, AMS is committed to spending a minimum of 30% of annually available funding to qualifying activities outside of the United States.
Special Areas of Interest
For the calendar year 2010, the special areas of interest include:
- Funding of pelvic health related education and advocacy efforts globally, with a particular interest in Japan and Brazil;
- Supporting access to care for indigent patients, with a particular interest in Africa;
- Support for our AMS Connect program

No Charitable Grants will be awarded as an inducement for the purchase lease, recommendation, order, or prescription of an AMS products or as a reward for previous, current, or prospective business.
Please read the following information carefully. You must meet our eligibility requirements to be considered for a grant. To submit a grant request, please verify that you meet the eligibility requirements and fulfill the application requirements listed below.
Eligibility Requirements
Grant requests must support one of the following criteria:
- Supports patient education and/or awareness related to male and female pelvic health conditions, symptoms, and treatment options;
- Supports patient access and indigent care related to male and female pelvic health conditions;
- Global disaster relief;
- Partner in our AMS Connect Program.
In addition, grant recipients must be a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
Grant Limitations
- Are limited to one application per calendar quarter and at maximum only two grants will be approved per agency per year;
- Typically range from $500 to $10,000;
- Are restricted to 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations;
- Product donation grants are limited to indigent patients and no more than 20 products per request

- Tax Exemption letter verifying you are 501(c)(3) charitable organization;
- Provide documentation of indigent patient if a product donation is being requested.

Submit your completed AMS Charitable Grant Application request form and tax exemption letter to moc.dmma@tseuqeRtnarG.
Grant Review
Charitable grant requests will be reviewed in a timely manner and at least quarterly. You will be contacted once a decision has been made.

How do I apply for a Charitable Grant?
Please visit and review our eligibility requirement tab and then download and fully complete the Charitable Grant application in the application section. Submit the completed Charitable Grant application to moc.dmma@tseuqeRtnarG with Charitable Grant Application in the subject line. We only accept requests made using the AMS Charitable Grant application.
How many Charitable Grant applications can I submit?
Only one Charitable Grant application will be accepted per calendar quarter from an agency and no more than two grants will be approved per agency per calendar year.
Does AMS accept paper Charitable Grant applications?
We do accept paper applications. However, we recommend that applications are submitted by email to moc.dmma@tseuqeRtnarG. See the Application section for more information.
When are Charitable Grants reviewed?
Charitable Grants are reviewed quarterly.
If I am a physician and would like to request AMS product donations what do I have to do?
You must fill out the Charitable Grant Application and collaborate with a 501(c)(3) organization. All of our funding and product donations must go to a non profit organization.
Can I amend or change the application that I already submitted?
No. After an application is submitted it may not be amended or changed, however, AMS reserves the rigth to request additional information.

Will I receive confirmation that my Charitable Grant application was received?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation within 1-2 days.
